1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to YP Manager (the "App"). By creating an account, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the application.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App.

2. Access and Account Authority

2.1. Access Levels: We reserve the strict right to determine, modify, or revoke access levels for any user at any time, without prior notice. The administration of the Young Professional Career Engagement Program (YPCEP) has sole discretion in granting administrative, mentor, or participant privileges.

2.2. Feature Availability: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue specific features or the entire App at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Acts

To maintain the security and integrity of the platform, you agree NOT to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse Engineering: You may not decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or algorithms of any part of the App.
• Data Scraping and Extraction (Strictly Prohibited): The data contained within YP Manager constitutes highly sensitive personal and program information. You are strictly prohibited from using any automated system (including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers") or manual process to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the App. Exporting, scraping, or harvesting user data for any purpose outside the explicit functionality provided by the UI is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate legal action.
• Dangerous or Illegal Uploads: You must not upload, post, host, or transmit any file that contains viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code. You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Network Interference: You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or the data contained therein, including probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the system.

4. Program Integrity and Non-Commercial Use

YP Manager is a tool designed to support the YPCEP, which operates on a mentorship and volunteer basis.

4.1. No Financial Solicitation: Participants and users must never state, imply, or suggest to other users or external parties that there is a financial cost to join this program. You may not solicit money, compensation, or fees for mentorship, guidance, or access to the platform.

4.2. Misrepresentation: You must not impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity within the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YPCEP and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. YPCEP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App, its servers, or emails sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YPCEP, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
• Any content obtained from the App; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We do not provide any warranty or accept liability for any damages resulting from the misuse of the platform by you or other users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
